2 bell peppers
Salt
1tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 tsp chili powder
¼ tsp cumin
4 oz lean ground beef
1 cup of Mexican cheese blend
¼ cup prepared guacamole
1/3 cup pico de gallo
2 tbsp. sour cream

To make the nachos:

Step 1
Slice the bell peppers into 6 pieces lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Put a little salt on the peppers. Microwave them for 4 minutes. Put the pepper slices onto a baking sheet.
Step 2:
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the chili powder and cumin. Add the beef and allow it to cook until beef is browned. This may take around four minutes.
Step 3:
Spoon the beef onto the peppers. Top with cheese. Boil for 1 minute. Service with guacamole, pico del gallo, and sour cream.
